Have cancelled 2 appointment I was due, one just fifteen minutes before I was due in. Luckily I work locally, however the excuse was the dentist doesn’t need to see you, why did they ask me to make the appointment in the first place! When I called to rearrange I phones on at least 6 occasions across a few days and no one answers the phone. Not sure what is going on but they need to get a bit more organised. . |

My first visit I did not see the dentist I was told I would be seeing. A filling had fallen out of a front tooth , a puff of air and the tooth was filled? It fell out a month later when I was on holiday so I saw a dentist abroad, he said there was decay and could not understand why the previous dentist had not first cleaned that before filling, thankfully the tooth is still sound. I felt as if It had been rushed , was it because I am a pensioner and on NHS ? Would it have been better if I had been private??? |

My first appointment was cancelled by them due to refurbishment. They couldn’t fit me in for another 2 weeks. On that appointment the X-ray machine was broken so they couldn’t do the root canal treatment instead putting a temporary filling. The next available appointment was 5 weeks on. Ive been in pain since end of July and it’s now 12 September, I’ve tried calling several times for an earlier appointment but they don’t answer the phone. I went into the clinic today but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Her words to me were “Go somewhere else”! |
