I have seen the dentist twice. I have seen three other hygienists and a large number of dentists who have mostly sought to clean my teeth following an examination. He is the best one I have seen. He was very thorough and went to more trouble to clean my teeth than anyone else I have ever seen. |

Able to get an appointment on same day as a new patient, and problem solved on the same day. The reception staff were incredible helpful in finding me a time, then the dentist very calming, explaining everything to me and making me feel at ease. They worked things around to treat me on the same day and were professional and considerate throughout. Not normally one to rave about the dentists but really impressed! |

After losing a crown had an appointment here, waited 4 weeks to see a very nice dentist who took great joy in telling me it was his last day and so he couldn’t do anything but to make an appointment with the new dentist. So four weeks later went along, the new dentist (no clue who she was as she didn’t introduce herself) did the examine and decided on the plan. I was very lucky that they give you a copy of the proposed plan as none of this was discussed with me, another appointment four weeks later and I had to bring my son with me as it was school holidays, she was more obsessed with making sure he didn’t watch the injection than her then leaving me drooling for five minutes unobserved (with no new checks to date of birth, name, allergies) after the local injection while she went to find her nurse. Another 4 weeks and I went back for my onlay (thank you Google as again there was no discussion) and this time I was sleep deprived after working a night shift so didn’t do so well with the total lack of communication and common courtesy. The onlay was put on and I presumed the dentist was making sure it all was in place although what she started doing was a clean. Which was torture, I held my hand up to stop her as the taste of blood and pain became too much. I asked her if we had finished and she said we had. I left really upset and realised I’d not had the filling which I also needed. I haven’t been back or contacted the surgery after paying for all the treatments, such a shame as I absolutely hate going to the dentist and this experience has been awful. |
