The receptionist wasn't helpful nor friendly at all when trying to book an appointment, I had to call and go three times for this to happen. After I got the appointment the dentist saw me for a checkup and it seems as if he just counted my teeth, I have since been somewhere else and they have been so much through and informative, it turns out they've spotted some things when he didn't. I was sent to the hygienist after that who left quite a few stains and didn't even show me the result when she was done. All in all a disaster. I'm now looking for another dentist who can it me in the NHS in the Lewes area. |

Inaccurate diagnosis took second opinion.Paperwork lost , rude and muddled staff.Aggressive authocrstic .Unkind and cruel to cancer patient.Not for the faint hearted.Not recommended for elderly or children.I was listed vunerable and had poor quality care.NHS need to give them further training . |

I’ve been at this practice since 2015 and have just left. You make bookings for care and they regularly get cancelled most of the staff are locum so very rarely see the same dentist twice. Appointments regularly cancelled there are so many dentists in LEWES.
The owner of the practice does not care. |
