I have had soo many appointments cancelled (often on the day) by this practice. On one occasion I arrived for my appointment to be informed it was cancelled. No email, text of phone call. When I spoke to a member of staff I was met with an argumentative and condescending attitude. Informing me also that as a NHS patient I shouldn't expect to be anything better. I then had the phone put down on myself until eventually I called back on a different number. I wasn't rude or abusive but I did challenge her professional conduct and telephone manner.
I have cancelled appointments also, usually giving 24 hrs notice, but recently I received a text confrmation on the day of the appointment and due to extenuating circumstances I wasn't able to attend. The member of staff again became pugnacious and unprofessional in her telephone manner. She seemed determined to discredit myself. Ive know my dentist for over 5 years and he is a very nice man and good dentist, but this kind of customer service is quite shocking.
I emailed this complaint to the dentist and no response..... |

My dentist is great.
Numerous issues with my teeth over the years and he is someone i really like and trust. |

They tell you to give them a good review and they are aweful. I not quite sure why people are trying to make them sound so amazing. They never answer the phone when people are calling and when they do they do not sound professional. I’ve sat there and watched a receptionist sit there whilst someone was trying to get in contact by calling. |
