On having no choice but to have two teeth removed and a denture fitted I found the Dentist and dental assistant to be amazing. My treatment was explained clearly and during the extraction attending the appointment alone, the dental assistant to be a gentle presence who offered comforting support while the dentist got down to business. The process was fast and all made in absolute confidence of the team. I am now back to smiling, have attended an after care appointment and understand treatment options for the future. What could have been a scary and unpleasant appointment was made all the better by a team who genuinely care about you and your teeth and wellbeing after the treatment. Thank you for the whole team including both reception staff who are personable and make you feel like you matter as a person and not just as a patient.

I needed to see a dentist urgently, the receptionist was so sympathetic and kind, she explained that due to the holidays she could not make an appointment. She gave me some other options and took my number in case someone cancelled, very son after she called me up and I saw the dentist who was also very kind, explained everything to me. Very gentle, very informative, very happy!
