Thank you to all the team for all your kindness and positivity. Right from the first appointment I was always kept well informed about the treatment plan and when I had any discomfort from wires I could always get seen. I am so pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. I would also just like to say that as a rather mature patient I was never made to feel self conscious about my age and was always treated with respect and dignity. My only regret is that I didn’t do this before. ?? |

We saw the dentist for a prelim with the intention to commence treatment. We were very happy with the dentist and my son was totally comfortable....great, decision made! I had a few admin questions, so I rang, and rang .....noone picks up the phone. I left a message. I then emailed over the next few days, I receive a holding email promising a response when a member of staff returns, I receive a holding return to my earlier message....that’s 7 working days ago...I have rung and left messages and emailed for a response to my question.....I only wanted to understand the school time discount and whether it applies to the Horsham practice.
I am sure clinically it would have been a great place to have treatment, but if you don’t respond to patient queries in a timely fashion on a basic matter, what confidence is there that you would respond appropriately to an urgent issue. Very disappointed. |

Amazing, friendly staff who always went out of their way to help. My daughter was always made to feel important and she now has the most beautiful smile...and cannot stop smiling! |
