I called and after sometime, she said to keep holding and then she didn’t get back. I was waiting with the hope she will return while listening to the repeated recording bla bla ... and it was after seven minutes of wait I finally decided that I have to hang up and go to the clinic myself to find out what’s going on. It was an empty clinic and the receptionist was on her computer. It was not a busy clinic at all. I told her how disappointed I was and I had to come all the way to sort out the appointment and she said she was busy!!!!
Very disappointing experience. |

3 times in a row now to have waited at least half an hour. I find this unacceptable. Especially when I have to visit with my 2 children so they get really fed up too. |

I am a very anxious patient myself, if I could, I would give 6 stars to this practice! Everyone is very helpful and was obvious from the first moment I stepped in that they are doing their best to make me feel confident.
It is not only that I am anxious but I have a very though schedule too (just as dentists) but the receptionist still found the way to fit me in for a date which suit me even though the practice was busy and she was lack of time as she was on her own. Her attitude towards me eased me and I decided to have my treatment done with The Smile Clinic. I did not regret! I had my filling done in 2 weeks time ! Super quick! The dental nurses are super friendly and as professional as the dentist!
I had to bring my 2 children with me for my second appointment yesterday, there was no problem at all, everyone was helpful again so I could manage to have my treatment done. I look forward to my next check up and signed up my children too! |
