Always excellent service. Last week I had a crown fall out. I called the surgery and was given an appointment for the same morning, the crown was put back in and there was no charge. I can thoroughly recommend this surgery. |

I am a 64 year old Male that has been to more dentists that I care to think about. That includes expensive private ones, a teaching hospital and NHS ones in London and Hampshire. I have been going to this practice for around 10 years and am always amazed how good the treatment is. The dentist is I see is brilliant, the dental nurse is very caring and the reception staff are so efficient. I can't say I look forward to going but I can see this is the best dental practice I have been to. |

Our son, who suffers from a mental disorder, is currently unemployed and unfortunately has to claim Universal Credit. This was known by the surgery and the NHS funded the treatment. He was told by the dentist that his teeth needed a 'Scale & Polish' and an appointment was made. Apparently it was not explained that this would be undertaken as a private patient and he would be responsible for the cost. Although the NHS website states they will provide 'any necessary treatment to keep your mouth, teeth, and gums healthy and free of pain' including 'Scale & Polish if clinically needed', this was not the case and the fee had to be self-funded. |
