Negligent in duty of care. I have been a patient since 2018. On Friday evening the bonding on my front tooth broke leaving half of my tooth exposed. I phoned my dentist on Saturday morning and was told to send them an email and phone them on Monday morning. On Monday morning I struggled to get through to them as the line was either busy or I had to leave a voice message due to them helping other patients. They finally phoned me in the afternoon and after I explained my situation I was told that it's not an emergency and if I am in pain then I must dial 111. They then told me that my dentist had left and I would need to come in for a checkup first before they can look at my tooth which will be in November due to them being fully booked. I went to another dental surgery and they told me that the Duty of Care has been breached and that my tooth is an emergency as it is left exposed and can get infected. I have dialed 111 for an emergency appointment. I am not happy with how unprofessional this dentistry is and do not recommend them at all. |

Took a year to get the appointment having been cancelled 3 times. Appointment was rushed and incomplete Waste of time for which I got charged |
