We had been NHS patients for years without issue. In December 2022, they readily made NHS follow up appointments for the family for June 19th 2023. On 16th June I was told they had cancelled our appointments! BUT...they could book us in again as private!! I believe they are still under NHS contract until July 1st 2023, so cancelling our NHS appointments, and encouraging to rebook as private, strikes me as unethical and greedy. I asked to speak to the practice manager. To date, she has not contacted. |

Their service is awful. They removed me from my original dentist whom I had nonissues to fill up their new dentists books. He destroyed my tooth. A simple removal he cracked my crown. Had me in the chair over an hour and i was screaming. Pain was horrendous and he was fired afterwards. They are horrendous at their responding. And now it's blamed on the crisis in the NHS. This wasn't NHS. This is them acting like the animals they are. The practice manager Nichola is abysmal she doesn't know her head from her ass and has her head so far up her own ass she thinks it's a hat. |

I have always been afraid of the dentist, something that happened as a child. I have tried various dentists and have always ended up not going through something that has happened and I have not been happy with the way the dentist has dealt with it making me more nervous the next time. Out of necessity I decided to try Clyde House Dental Practice Swindon. What a difference, the dentist took time to explain everything I needed to know. He and his assistant have always been friendly. I am no longer afraid to make another appointment and am certainly not as nervous any more!! Thank you so much. |
