The secretary I spoke to was rude as soon as she found out I’m in receipt of benefits. The dentist I seen wasn’t my usual dentist. I fond him unhelpful an his gestures to try to explain to me what was going on with my teeth where quite odd and sexualised. This practice seem to have issues with people who are on benefits!! |

I wasn’t going to leave a review but after seeing a couple of other reviews on here i felt compelled to leave a review with my experience today. Phoned receptionist today an found her attitude appalling. Very undermining for no reason other then I’m currently on universal credit. I say that because as soon as I mentioned I’m on UV (universal credit) she changed her attitude towards me. I’ve worked for many years an because my metal health deteriorated I’ve had to go on UV. Appalling customer service. I did get to see a dentist today who expressed dental negligence. if this happens again I’ll be putting in a formal complaint to the practice manger or the Health Service (NHS) Ombudsman. |

I have been a patient with this dentist for years,,,, I have had to call a few times for an emergency appointment and have always been able to get one on the day. Yesterday I was in agony, called, appointment booked, treatment done all by 14.30!! My regular dentist is on holiday so was seen by another dentist,,, she was fantastic and as a very nervous patient I was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. The reception team are absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful and I have no idea how she does it but the manager always remembers all the patients names! |
