fantastic service all the way from first call at reception during treatment and after care. They will book the initial review straight away, but the actual appointment will take way oo long to be arranged. I once called them and explained i am in great pain due to the filling they placed has fallen and there is a huge hole They ignored and kept me waiting for 21 days!!.I complained and they gave me a free consultation on next time i visit as a sorry. The second time i needed to be seen i called the dentist and i was told i am no longer on their service as i had missed 3 appointments and the only way they can reconsider is if i write a letter to the management asking for it. This was the most disgusting experience i got to have in terms of health care. This is because ive told them a million times i do not wish to have a periodic review booked and it appears they went against my instructions, put up appointments, did not notify me of an appointment or that i have missed it and finally i was removed from the service. The words cannot express the let down i faced from this practice and their sketchy business to retaliate to my complaint. Stay away, don't fall into the same position as me. Dont find yourself looking for a new dentist because this practice will let you down in so many ways you will be left forever shocked. |

went in this morning for airflow stain removal treatment, booked this months in advance, was told once in the chair machine was not working so could not have the treatment and only normal scale and polish, very disappointing!! i agreed to the normal scale however the polish machine then didn't work. on leaving i complained about the machine not working only to be told by the rest of the staff it was actually working and there must have been a mistake with the hygenist! |
