Last asked to make an appointment at this practice in 2017 but by then , had had to wait 2 months unless an emergency . Today ( April 10th '18 ) the practice is apparently accepting new patients and NHS patients , yet their on-line booking system was showing no appointments available for two months , and couldn't give a date for one . Then tried May , then June - still no appointments available two months from June ....
Cannot fault the reception or dentists , but find either their system of booking doesn't work , or they are just to overbooked to see anyone else - hence my ? mark about the practice accepting new patients . My dentist is a good dentist, but local residents losing faith in the management as their extremely noisy security alarm has a habit of going off at night despite complaints. It's going off again as I write this, so far for 40mins, children upset, not impressed. Reply from mydentist, Combe Road, Combedown Tue, 01 Mar 2016 11:50:22 Z Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I have contacted the Practice Manager who has confirmed that the issue with the alram system has now been rectified.
