I had an emergency appointment at Charlotte keel out of hours service and had to wait an extra 30mins to be seen by a dentist. When I was called they greeted me hostility and when asked where the pain was, I wasn't able to point out exact location as I was feeling pain in all my back teeth. I suggested that pain was coming from the tooth which my crown fell out off or the two teeth with holes in them. I kindly asked for the tooth which the crown fell out to be removed and the two teeth with holes to be filled. She didn't respond to my request and told me to leave and find another dentist without helping me at all and leaving me in excruciating pain more than I came with as she poked my gum with her instruments then told me to leave. I feel so helpless and as a vulnerable patient suffering with extreme pain, they didn't follow NHS Trust Values about patient care. I now have to go through tedious process of looking for another dentist, making more payments and spending another night without sleep.
