Sep 11 2019 So I tried to register with these guys after experiencing toothache and the registration process was easy enough. However it then proved impossible to actually see a dentist as my next 3 appointments in a two week period were cancelled due to illness or absence. I was given a poor explanation as to why and was told I would have to wait a further two weeks for a new appointment. Needless to say I shall be registering asap with a different and hopefully reliable dentist.
Original Comment Report...mydentistBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Mar 26 2019 Incredibly unprofessional. Like many other reviewers I have had appointments cancelled with no explanation or apology. I waited three months for an appointment and was informed the week before via text that the appointment was cancelled. When I tried to rebook I was given no explanation for the cancellation and told I would need to wait another three months for the next appointment! I prefer not to waste mine or their time by waiting for an appointment that I imagine would never materialise and I have now booked elsewhere. Shocking disregard of people’s time and a total lack of respect for patients. Would advise people to avoid.

Jan 17 2019 Came here as a *very* anxious patient, having not been to see a dentist in several years due to very unpleasant experience at another dentists. The dentist couldn't have been nicer, immediately put me at ease and was very caring and took my anxiety into account. When going back for my treatment, apart from a couple of twinges during the clean (which was down to inflamed gums rather than heavy handed-ness) it was virtually pain free (barely felt the first injection in fact), and I'm not worried about going back in 6 months
