The friendliness of staff and the standard of care here is very good.....if you manage to actually have the appointment you originally booked. There is an ongoing issue here with Dentists 'off sick' which means appts arecancelled and moved more often than they are kept. |

I have been with this practice for around four years and I have to say they have been wonderful. I originally went to them for a second opinion regarding a decision my then dentist had made about a problem (which turned out to be completely incorrect so thank goodness I went).
I have had three dentist during this time, all of which have been thorough and sensitive. I have a lot of problems with my teeth - it was this dental practice who immediately informed me on my first visit that I had advanced gum disease - which I have obviously had for some considerable years and none of my previous dental practices had noticed it despite the fact that I have lost half my bone to the disease !! I embarked on a course of treatment with the practice including lengthy visits to their expert hygienists and they also referred me to the Dental Hospital in Birmingham who accepted me as a patient, where I received more excellent treatment there too and still am.
Every time I attend this practice the staff treat me with respect and I trust them. I am eternally grateful to them for giving me and getting me the treatment I need. It saddens me to see the negative reviews I see here - this has definitely not been the experience I have had. I would highly recommend this practice I truly believe that if I hadn't moved to them my teeth would now be beyond saving. Thank you. |

Appointments keep getting cancelled multiple times "due to unforeseen circumstances". These are cancelled 3 weeks in advance, how do you know you that far in advance there are "unforeseen circumstances"? I have just been informed that my next appointment has been cancelled due to an afternoon charity event!
I have a child who has not had an appointment for over 8 months and we have to wait another 2 months for an appointment, this is not good enough. We pay taxes so expect to receive the care we pay for for our children.
You seriously need to review your practice policies and make it a priority to put children's care first. |
