I have been with this dental practice and Mr J Wong for many years. I have just been informed that they have struck me off their list for non attendance of my last two appointments. The first appointment I did rearrange prior to the missed appointment and the second I called to notify them of an accident on Stafford Park which meant that I could not get there and could not get through as they were busy and there was no answer phone to leave a message, just call back later! I am appalled at this treatment and the poor service regarding not being allowed to leave an answer phone messages. I await the practice manage to contact me but have been told they cannot promise it will be when she is next in. Again terrible double standards and treatment.
