I visited the practice last Monday and the service was second to none, all staff were very friendly and I felt completely at ease throughout my entire visit. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. |

Firstly the waiting time to see an actual dentist at this practice is shocking. I booked my appointment in June and was told the earliest appointment was September. This appointment was then cancelled by the staff due to ill health and I was again told it would be the end of October.
I then fell ill and when I tried to rearrange my own appointment was told by the very rude receptionist that if I didn’t attend I would be struck off. So I unfortunately had to attend along with my sickness bug. Not a very safe effective caring or well led service if you ask me. Being an extremely nervous patient and having been absent from a dentist’s chair for many years, I apprehensively entered the surgery...
However, I think I can safely say, the lady dentist who examined my teeth, was the best dentist I had ever come across. Whilst showing empathy, she didn’t beat around the bush when explaining my dental needs. Furthermore, I can honestly say I have never before exited a dentist’s chair, after having had my teeth cleaned and polished, without experiencing sensitivity and a feeling of my teeth being ‘on edge’. This was certainly not the case this time. ??
Mention must also go to the dental nurse and receptionist who went out of their way to help. THANK YOU! |
