I am really appalled with how they treated me , no care whatsoever!! this clinic has really bad reputation for their services I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone! The women in the reception act so prestige truly unbothered. |

The staff are all lovely but the waiting time is really bad waited around an hr after appointment time before being seen and this is the usual everytime we've had appointments |

Last year, I had been transferred to this dentist by my mum's will because she didn't find the old one satisfying with how they were trying to persuade us to have a root canal done privately. So we both transferred to MyDentist. Brilliant and polite receptionists, amazing nurses which made me feel relaxed, and my first appointment with my dentist, she was rude to my mum about not taking me to Birmingham Dental Hospital for a complicated root canal. We had no idea of what she meant. The dentist stated that there was an appointment issued, however we never got a letter by post or email or anything. And the dentist called my mum a liar. I am happy that the dentist referred me again, however we never went to that appointment either because travel expenses were too high for us to afford and my mum was at work. I'm now scared that I won't be able to have my root canal done at all because specialists would have to do it as my tooth has a crack in it AND the root is bent at an odd angle.
Can someone please tell me how many times a dentist can refer to the hospital before you are focused to go private? |
