Apr 18 2019 Ever since this practice changed hands, the level of care has sadly reduced. That’s not to say that the job doesn’t get done, it does, but it seems to me that everything comes down to the bottom line. In the past, we had a small TV to watch or a radio to listen to; also there were fish in reception- now all gone. These things all helped us to relax and make the experience more comfortable and personal. If my teeth need cleaning then I have to ask, despite the very obvious build up of plaque. Not great when you have gum disease. With the the recent changes made to reception, I do hope that the front of house employees are not claustrophobic, and you can wave goodbye to ANY privacy. Don't misunderstand, it’s not hell on earth, it’s just sad that things are not as they were ie less about cash and more about care..it’s nice to feel that you matter - even at the dentist.

Apr 10 2019 i have been going to this dentist for over 40 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. it has a nice waiting room and the lady on reception is very helpful and puts you a ease if you are scared. I would recommend them any day.

Apr 9 2019 I recently had a bad experience with a previous dentist and the lovely receptionist advised me to see the female dentist who has been praised for her patient care. After meeting the dentist for the first time, I felt at ease and relaxed about my next course of treatment, as well as relieved to have someone who would take the time to explain things thoroughly. My next appointment was booked in for the treatment to take place and I was extremely pleased with the end result. The dentist was excellent, both in her patient care, as well as her expertise in what out come would be in my best interest. The dental nurse was great too; providing alternative topic of conversation to make me feel at ease. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back again!
