Jan 13 2021 It’s not easy to get an appointment due to COVID-19 but my dentist Dr Anam Sadozai has been brilliant and made me feel comfortable whilst in her care. Would not go to another dentist ever! Although the receptionist is still just as rude and miserable which is massive let down for the surgery!

May 28 2019 Having been a patient for a couple of years I have seen a great deal sat in the waiting room. The receptionist who I always seem to deal with is incredibly miserable and rude. My dentist constantly runs late yet I seem to be in there for 2 mins. I feel like as I look after my teeth I am rushed so they can catch up. One of her nurses is incredibly rude and seems very unhappy in her job. My advice is for her to find a new one as I do not find it very comforting sitting in what feels like an atmosphere. I hear alot of moaning from staff talking when I am sat waiting. It's really not professional at all.

Jul 15 2021 Being 5 minutes later for appointment and waiting 4 minutes to get an answer from the door call then coming out and saying your late you can't be seen is a piss take waiting 30 min before in the waiting room!!! I be walking away if I'm waiting 10 minutes again!!!!
