Had a crown done recently, excellent service from the Dentist and Dental Nurse, could not fault it at all. However the office management side of things are terrible. I asked to pay on the day I got the crown fitted. I paid in full the cost of the crown, £502. I then got a phone call a few days later saying that I still owed them money, and would I come in that day to pay. Then followed a series of three letters and more phone calls. The third letter which arrived the same day as the second letter was threatening and saying they would pass my 'debt ' on in seven days unless I paid the extra money. Bearing mind I had already paid the bill of £502 in full. The letter had no date, so what date the seven days would be taken from was anyone's guess, also it had no signature, so I had no idea who was actually sending these letters. Used to be a really nice friendly Dentists, but this was unbelievable !

Treated badly, kept waiting nearly an hour past my appointment, then told by the dentist id have to make another appointment as she had other people to see, sorry not my fault, not enought stuff given to remove my tooth god did i jump, 2 wisdom teeth growing under my plate told nothing they can do so in pain rest of my life, removed a piece of tooth left in by previous extraction. Felt i was a burdon cried most of evening , now looking for another dentist will not go back to these ever..
