I have recently had 3 teeth out and the dentist was so kind and understanding. It made the experience so much better. The reception staff are kind and friendly and I give the practice 10 out of 10!

I attended Genix as a new patient needing treatment on a cracked front crown. I had an initial appointment and then planned a return 2 weeks later. However, the crown (which was fitted 15 years ago at a different practice) shattered into 3 pieces, so I was in a right old tacking. Genix very kindly fitted me as an emergency - I saw the same Dentist, and I'm not allowed to use names on here, but he was absolutely First-Class. I was informed at every stage of the treatment, and involved in the decision making. The nurse was also fantastic and kept me reassured throughout. I needed alot of work doing, and unfortunately this meant that the waiting list backed up. I'm sure there were a few people in the waiting room that were sat in annoyance. I wanted to write this review, mainly to thank the team, but also to point out that if appointments run late, it's often due to other patients needing a little more treatment, a little more care. I'm due back for my treatment finishing next week, as my crown will be ready, and if I'm called in late, I'll remember that there's probably going to be another time when I'll need the extra care, and cause others to be delayed. Just completed a series of four appointments. On each occasion I was welcomed by friendly staff and my treatment was carried out in a very professional manner. Everything was well explained and I am very pleased with the end result. As usual I will have no hesitation in recommending to others.
