Loverly dentist always friendly and helpful and dentist is loverly and kind and approachable.i have been with them for 3 years and I love the treatment I receive from the receptionist and from the dentist themselves |

I rang up at 8:00 on the dot only to get hung up on. I then got an automated response for 15 minutes telling me to call back at 8:00 AM, when I finally got through the receptionist was unhelpfull and I was told all the emergency bookings were gone. Now this place does not let you pre book emergency bookings nor does it let you hold your call to get through as soon as the practice opens. So where did these appointments go? |

This has been my dental surgery for many years and they were excellent in every way Great staff great service. But something has changed and gone wrong!, I had an appointment for 8 th December booked well in advance.I received multiple reminders by fax and email from them up to 24 hrs before the appointment I arrived on time to be told sorry you have no appointment today. Clearly not impressed I asked for an explanation. It seems they have updated their computer systems and they told me my appointment should have been cancelled as my dentist has left the practice. The receptionist told me that they cannot amend the details held on the old system and my details had not transferred to the new system and they didn’t know how to do this. I am still receiving texts telling me I missed my appointment pleas book another. Worst aspect of this crazy situation is that the branch manager does not reply when asked what is the solution. Really sad excellent service has been reduced to comic strip Response |
