Aug 29 2019 My dentist and the dental nurse are fantastic! They are both friendly, kind and make me and my family feel at ease and very comfortable when visiting. Any check ups and treatments recieved have been outstanding. I always walk away feeling confident knowing that my families dental care is being looked after by professionals. We kook forward to our next check up. Keep up the good work guys ??

Oct 1 2017 This dental practice is one of the best if been too so far!! i am a regular patient and have been going for years to the practice and i was in allot of pain, i spoke to the manager and they got me in within 24 hours. They are always so helpful and they always looks after me they definitely deserves allot of praises, i could see them trying to juggle everything and multi task and i must say they are doing an epic job!! i have recommended this practice to all my friends and family for sure. Great service keep up the good work.

Sep 20 2017 I spend 4 days from mine work to fix one filing. Mine filing fall of and I had sensitive tooth. I visited dentist and I ben told no available dentist at the moment but they can make appointment in two days time. I came back on mine appointment and dentist told me they need more time to fix it, so they will put just temporary feeling and make another appointment. No drilling on day and they put just some paste in to mine hole. They said clearly: If I pay today I will not paying next time. I made payment and crated another appointment and I especially asked for longer appointment. I have been given date in week time. On mine next appointment I received txt message about appointment was cancelled just day before. I had already booked day off from mine work. Then I called to dentist and asked again for long appointment. I got date in week time. On mine next appointment I been told again same story about no time to fix it and need longer time. On that moment I stand up and told to dentist, Im no able to taking another days off from mine work for only one feeling. At that moment dentist already received messages from reception about another waiting patient!!! It was extremely unprofessional behaviour. Dentist under pressure told me to sit down and they will fix it straight way. On that day was no used anaesthetic !!! No injections was applied at all. No X-ray was taken at all !!! Dentist just quickly brush out temporary feeling from last time and put proper feeling on top of it. I been finished in about 10 minutes. I felt like in dentist in India and no like in United kingdom. Extremely unprofessional dentist practise. Dentis also told me, if I get problems they will fix it properly on mine next checkup. Last thing what was unbelievable rude, they asked me again to pay. I paid about £ 20 on mine temporary feeling and then I have had to pay another £ 50 for same tooth. When I asked for explanation why I paying so much for fix one filing and spending so much time from mine work, I been told they have no time. Extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommending. Also one from mine appointments started 35 minutes later. Why I paid about £ 70 for one filing?
