I’ve never used the 111 service before until I had no dentist and a chipped front tooth from a fall. They put me in touch efficiently and I got a call back the same evening from Lexican House with an appointment for 2 day’s time, no wait at all considering how busy they must be. I can’t thank everyone who dealt with me or I saw enough , the reception time were so helpful, the dentist and dental nurse I saw today were really kind, efficient, explained everything, just the best dental experience for me in all my time with dentists previously. I never write reviews so this is a first , but wanted to say a massive thank you , you gave me my smile back , had been so worried about it and now I’m no longer afraid of drills either ! You are wonderful , thank you .

I needed urgent treatment that my local dentist could not do in a reasonable time , this practise helped me a lot by sorting out my problem in a short time whilst treating me very nicely greatly appreciated thank you.

Early hours of Saturday morning 15 Dec 18 I started withtooth ache I've never been to a dentist I also have anxiety and a phobia of going to a place that is well out of my comfort zone but I needed to go . I arrived extremely anxious fear of the Unknown strange place ect . The reception staff were helpful due to my anxiety and crowded place because it was very buzy they let me stay in the car until my appointment then rang to say it was time to be seen the Dental nurse came to meet me at the door a particular lady went out of her way to make my entry into the dentist easy the dentist was lovely let me explain how I was feeling before she checked me over she talked through the medication I was needing explained everything did me a referral to a dentist I couldn't thank lexicon house for making my experience of 46 yrs a first visit to the dentist and a first visit to the out of hours dentist so if your scared and need treatment this is the best place to be lovely people very clean in and out of the building
