A brilliant service from start to finish. I was a private patient since summer 2016 and I have completed my treatment today. I was provided with all the information I needed at the start of the treatment and throughout the entire process, I was involved with the decision-making process, and overall I was pleased with the way I was treated and dealt with by all members of staff. Highly recommended and I am going to miss seeing my orthodontist - they were all amazing!! Even when I had issues with my braces, I was taken care of professionally and swiftly. I have never experienced customer service like this before for this particular sector. Keep up the good work!!!

I have nothing but praise for the staff at this practice. My daughter is currently undergoing treatment and is extremely nervous. Each visit she is constantly reassured and talked through each and every step. They are obviously very busy from the amount of people coming and going but we never feel rushed. They always try to accommodate appointments which cause the least disruption to my daughters school day. Thank you, keep up the good work!

I finished my treatment here this week after 16 months. I love my teeth now and how straight they are. I used to hide my teeth when I smiled because my top teeth stuck out, but now they are so straight I can not stop smiling. The staff were all lovely, especially the ladies that carried out my treatment. They made me feel relaxed and always chatted to me and explained what they were doing. The only comment I could make for improvement is to offer more late night appointments, but the receptionist did always try to fit me in at an convenient time for me when possible.
