Poor service ,dentist can’t wait to get you out of the door. Whilst scaling he caused bleeding in the mouth was not given anything to wash the mouth out with. Came out of the door with blood in my mouth .

i was registered with this dentist for well over 15 yrs going every year after receiving a reminder always by text, I last visited on the 1st Feb 2018 but as this year had been a real bad year with illness etc I did not attend appointment on the 7th Feb but I did not receive a reminder text which I always had, I recently rang for an emergency appointment as my tooth broke and they tell me iv been struck off as I had not attended for over 3 years, I supplied a copy of my bank statement with the payment to them on said date of appointment and copy of next appointment on card but they refused to acknowledge any of it they also had my name with a previous address from over 6 years ago I had told them of my address change someone has obviously deleted me off their system by mistake but they refuse to treat me, absolutely disgusting
