Poor service ,dentist can’t wait to get you out of the door. Whilst scaling he caused bleeding in the mouth was not given anything to wash the mouth out with. Came out of the door with blood in my mouth . |

this is by far the best dentist ive ever been to.
everybody is friendly and welcoming
from the dentist and on reception.
i would recommend this dentist to friends and family |

i was registered with this dentist for well over 15 yrs going every year after receiving a reminder always by text, I last visited on the 1st Feb 2018 but as this year had been a real bad year with illness etc I did not attend appointment on the 7th Feb but I did not receive a reminder text which I always had, I recently rang for an emergency appointment as my tooth broke and they tell me iv been struck off as I had not attended for over 3 years, I supplied a copy of my bank statement with the payment to them on said date of appointment and copy of next appointment on card but they refused to acknowledge any of it they also had my name with a previous address from over 6 years ago I had told them of my address change someone has obviously deleted me off their system by mistake but they refuse to treat me, absolutely disgusting Reply from Derwent Valley Dental Fri, 16 Aug 2019 09:29:03 +0100 Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, any feedback is always welcome to help us improve our service. We will always try to accommodate patients who need an emergency appointment on the day they call the surgery, however our practice policy is to only see patients who have attended within 2 years and that have a good attendance history, we can only go off our computerised system and the information it provides us. We are sorry you feel dissatisfied on this occasion. |
