I've used this dentist for a number of years, the most recent experiences have prompted me to move.
I have no issue with the dental treatment I have received, however the reception staff seem to fail to realise they are in a service industry. Appointments for either dentist or hygienist are always numerous weeks in advance and I dont recall ever being seen on any visit within 20 minutes of my appointment time.
In the last 4 visits, I have had two cancellations. One for a flood and one for a power failure, which could just be bad luck but which combine with the poor time management to give the impression of a poorly managed service.
I have decided to move to another dentist

I'm a nervous patient, taking my little girl to the dentist for the first time I tried to be confident and happy. My dentist here mate toys easy! We just moved so this was a first visit here for all 3 of us and we during went smoothly.
I called today desperate for an emergency treatment, crying down the phone and the receptionist was amazing and comforting!
So happy with this dental practice and all it's staff |
