Good afternoon, I attended your practice at 11:40am for a filling of my central incisor. I’m not usually one to complain but I’m really disappointed with the treatment I received. The tooth I had filled is noticeably larger than the adjacent tooth, the filling is the incorrect shade so It does not blend with my natural tooth, the texture is bumpy and uneven, and my teeth naturally have a gap which has been closed by the filling? All these contributing factors have left me even more insecure about my tooth than I was before receiving treatment today. I feel this is because my appointment was very rushed. I was asked in the chair if happy, I said yes as I felt to shy to complain and didn’t want to upset anyone, although upon returning home I’m too upset not to mention anything. I have previously had the same treatment done with yourselves and again was unhappy with the appearance but did not want to complain or get anyone into trouble, although this time I feel it is too bad not to. I would like to know if there is a way we can fix this and get my tooth to look well and natural again. Many Thanks, Lydia Heaton. |

I visited today, after having an unpleasant experience at the practice 2 years ago. Saw a different dentist and I can't recommend her highly enough. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. |

I was a new patient at the practice and the girls at the desk are lovely and friendly! The practice had a happy atmosphere and I'm pleased with the treatment I had.I felt very welcome and will defiantly be a regular patient, thank you Station Dental |
