Dec 5 2017 Following extreme pain with an abscess and a missing filling, I sought an appointment at this surgery. Being a nervous patient, the reception staff did everything to put me at ease and accommodate me, giving me confidence in the practice. On meeting the dentist, they instantly put me at ease and explained exactly why I had been in so much pain and detailed how best to remedy. With taking the time to ensure that I was comfortable with the treatment plan and to ensure that I was pain free throughout, my abscess was treated and follow up treatment as recommended. Throughout, the quality of care and service was exceptional from all staff. Having been in a lot of pain and very nervous about my visit, I cannot recommend this practice and its staff enough!

Nov 20 2017 I have attended many practices over the years, and have finally found one that I really like. From the moment you call you, you are greeted by friendly and polite reception staff. They are always cheerful and efficient. The dentist is one of the best I have ever seen. The dentist takes their time and explains the whole procedure before doing anything. For anyone that is nervous, the dentist would really put them at their ease. I have never felt rushed or hurried or under any pressure to go ahead with anything that I was uncertain about. I regularly see the hygienist at the practice and find their instruction invaluable. I am aware that a lot of patients feel rather apprehensive about visiting the hygienist, but I would highly recommend their services and those of the dentist to anyone. This practice is definitely worth a visit to.
