I have recently completed a course of treatment at the Hainault Dental Surgery by a dentist. She explained what was involved, the cost etc, but, most importantly, her dental work was excellent - fitting a front crown and replacing old discoloured front fillings. I am delighted with the result. In addition I have always found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. |

I had a very painful lower molar and needed attention ASAP. I didn't want to go back to a previous dentist so I contacted Hainault Dental Practice. Straight away I was offered an appointment the next day. I arrived and had the warmest welcome from the receptionist. Soon after was seen by the dentist. Had x rays and he explained I had an abcess, a temporary filling was done and prescribed antibiotics and was told to come back in a weeks time for a follow up. Arrived for a follow up appointment yesterday and as I was running late I messaged ahead. Temporary filling was removed and a permanent white filling was done. Since I arrived for the first appointment till now I have not suffered any pain or discomfort. Very happy with the service at the practice. Very professional approach by all. I have now found a dentist I can trust. Thanks to my dentist and staff at the practice. |

Cracked a tooth, these were my regular dentist but the person I used to see has left.So they booked me in and did a temporary fill and a check up, said to come back in a few weeks. Got a suitable appointment about a month later, which they did exactly the same check up charging me about £60 each time. Then said I needed to leave it to settle down and come back in another month, which turned into six or seven weeks. Finally removed temporary filling and replaced will a pretty poorly aligned filling for another £60, when I questioned why they were charging me 3 times for the same treatment (exactly the same tooth) was total it wasn't. Even pointed out the NHS charges poster, they said each visit was a separate treatment (although entire treatment was longer than 2 months it was spaced out by them and not 2 months between each session) were extremely rude and said I could go elsewhere. Few months later tooth broke again, so voting with my feet, will never step into this place again. |
