Jun 22 2021 Worst customer service I have ever seen. Discrimination, discrediting, patronising and intimidating demeanor that I have been experiencing from the manager of the practise and his secretary. I had an appointment on the 21st at 3 h05 pm at Bupa Dental Care Woodford for my 5 year old son. My son's appointment they refused I came early with my son of 5.years old and let me outside in the pouring rain. As I been told by the secretary to stay outside. I stayed less than 1 mins in at the entrance outside near the door as it was rainning and no where to go with a child. The secrarary came by the door and put me off and say to me to leave. I wasn't even in their premise. The manager came and told her to cancel my appointment and told me to leave. I am not recommending this place to any or my entourage friend anyone the secretary is rude and impolite with no manners and treat the patient very bad like rubbish. The manager very bad and he doesn't care when I told him I can do a review about this situation he basically told me to go ahead . Never again I will travel that far for a bad dentist like that. AS A FRENCH CITIZEN IN THIS COUNTRY THAT THE FIRST TIME THAT EVER HAPPEN TO Me. I made sure to do a review on Google and NHS for people no go there.
