I had an appointment and I was running late due to having an knee operation 5 weeks prior, I called up to let them know and the woman on the reception said if I’m more than 5 minutes late I won’t be seen, I called again in 5 minutes to tell her I will be an additional 10 minutes explaining I had a knee surgery and she reassured me and said she will let the dentist Mr Patel know, I get there within 10 minutes and the same lady on the phone turns me away and refuses me to be seen she then says she will deregister me because I have been late in the past, I have a history of depression and anxiety and because of that I had gotten the appointment time mixed up but they refused to listen or understand my circumstances. I only wanted to get my night guard because I’ve been grinding in my sleep but I was told I’m also in for an examination which I was not aware about and did not want to do as I’ve already been examined within a year already. This is my first and last time using this service and I recommend you go somewhere else even if you have to pay I’d advice you to not go to Whitecare, they don’t care about nhs patients as all. |

Me and my children go to Whitestar dental care for more than10 years and it has been excellent. mr bansal is very gentle. From the receptionist to management everyone is brilliant. |
