I have just completed private Invisalign treatment with Bluebell - please use Dental Living if you want amazing customer service along with your new smile! My mum and sister went there and have had amazing service with no problems and they are only 7mins drive away from Bluebell!! The reason I went to Bluebell was because of a recommendation for bonding, but the dentist told me I had to have Invisalign first! At the end of my Invisalign treatment the dentist gave me a set of Essix retainers to use (different to the Vivera aligners by Invisalign that I was using during my treatment ). The Essix retainers are not fit for this purpose, they are too rigid and go up too close to the gums. They broke on the first day. Bluebell sent them back to the lab and gave me replacement. Since then both top and bottom retainer has broken and Bluebell do not care (but I bet they will when they see this review). They want to charge me for replacements. I want to be clear I did not have any issues with Vivera aligners. So it is clearly an issue with the Essix retainers - they are faulty! Also Dental living use Vivera aligners right the way through so I don't understand why Bluebell are refusing to help me without me paying again when I have finished paying for my treatment. I am now forced to get replacement retainers, albeit from another clinic which is a fraction of Bluebell's price! Bluebell are all about the money and not the customer service/ customer experience.
