Looking for a good and friendly NHS practice, as my last one was not good. So far, all my appointments I have been extremely happy with. The receptionist helped me feel relaxed and the dentist was great.

Every time I phone to make an appointment they say CAN I PUT U ON HOLD before u can say anything Ur on hold I was on hold today for 30 min and then they said the will check with my dentist and put me on hold Agen then went I ask to speak to him they said he wonts in giving me FALSE INFORMATION NOT ON |

On arrival at the surgery, all three members of reception staff were on their phones. The receptionist dealing with required me to sign form then decided they had given me the wrong forms. My payment of £20.60 was taken before I'd even seen the dentist. My appointment was for 9.30. At 9.28 the dentist called up the surgery and stated they would be late as they were dropping their children off and did I want to wait or not for ten minutes. As I write I'm still waiting as I have already made a debit card payment. |
