Hello I've got an appointment with Christopher Smith, the first time prescribed antibiotics two different types 2. First they removed everything that is inside the root canal on 5th December I didn't have any pain after for the week of the next appointed 12th of December After root canal therapy the pain is the beak immediately... I vent yesterday the dentist was very cold and did not seem to care at all telling me that is his launch time, I felt very rushed and telling me I have to take the tooth off .... Not feel like I could trust the dentist Because the nerve tissue has been removed on the 5th he didn't even remember that.. asked me if it was him Confronted about his words he changed and said no he didn't say that. Because of the filling , I was asked I want the best one,I can pay as well ... The answer was in my case the best one that I got And the take half of my teeth tissue said the filling was very tight .... Felt like his just winter to upsell procedures and did not care at all about my geive me the antibiotics, prescription and I'm still in pain and can't even vent to work Hide quoted text |

A dentist incapable of curing a tooth decay. Also not able to do an X-Ray and share it. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this practice for decay or X-ray. |

Avoid this practice at all costs. Awful experience. They used to be good but the standards have fallen hugely and this includes reception staff as well as the dentist. Appointment with Dr. Priya Chauhan which we were not pleased with to say the least. She cannot be trusted and when confronted about her words she actually changed and said no she didn't say that. Really cannot be trusted as a dentist. I felt she fell below her duty of care. Felt that her communication skills were substandard, felt spoken at rudely throughout and felt like it was me against them by the end of the conversation. Does not listen to her patients or attempt to resolve conflict well, in fact her tone and mannerism escalated the conflict. I didn't hear a single apology from her throughout all this. This is not appropriate and she really needs to learn skills in providing clinically appropriate patient care and conflict resolution. Further money is at the top of the interests at this practice / this dentist at present. They try to charge private fees and avoid informing patients clearly about the NHS Service so they get more private income. This is not patient centred care. |
