I needed to obtain all my dental and hospital data relating to me at the request of my solicitor and regarding personal urgent matters. I had already requested my subject access data from Kings College Hospital, and they are actioning it as I post this review. However, I contacted the number listed on their website and the receptionist on the other end of the line was not receptive, she was rude, highly unprofessional, and immediately put me on hold because she apparently needed to attend to a patient???? 10 mins later, I'm still on hold and eventually had to cut the call off and call back, only to be given the exact same treatment. Normally, I would let this go and just chalk it up to someone having a bad day but there was no help at all. She even hinted at me being ignorant of the location and suggested maybe it's kings college hospital, as if I wouldn't remember where I did my fillings twenty years ago. She displays terrible customer service, and I have left a review on google. Whilst posting my review, I came across similar reviews highlighting the atrocious customer service this receptionist gives. I am left to question how such an individual who has caused the onslaught of negative reviews can still be employed by a dental practise dealing with the British public. I am happy I do not have to deal with this practise as my dental care provider but annoyed that a simple query has resulted in such animosity towards an establishment. I strongly advise against registering with this dental practise.
