We visited the dentist for my daughter and was seen by a fantastic dentist. She was compassionate and made my daughter feel welcome. Everything was going v smoothly until the stickers came out. My daughter who got the treatment was given a sticker of her choice and I was with a 2 year old who naturally also wanted one. Would it really have been such a big deal to just let her have one instead of making her leave in tears? Is there a NHS policy against giving out stickers even if it causes unnecessary distress... such bizarre behaviour! I myself work in the NHS and run my own clinics. I would have never said no and left a child in tears over a flimsy sticker! Totally ruined an otherwise good consultation. Maybe some lessons in consultation skills for dental nurse will be money well spent |

The front of house Staff are rude and argumentative. One staff member said something and then in front of their colleague made me out to be a liar saying they never said it. An absolute disgrace, would never recommend to anyone. |
