Oct 29 2017 The nurse damaged the tooth next to the one being treated by continually bashing the air suction tube against it really hard - I had to pay for damage to be covered up. The dentist left my root open to the air causing an infection whilst they went off to talk to a friend which meant I then had to pay for a root canal. When the replacement tooth was put in they ground down one of my bottom teeth to make room for the replacement so that it now looks all crooked. The reception staff were friendly & helpful however I definitely didn't feel I was treated with any dignity or respect by the clinical staff.

Apr 26 2017 I booked an appointment and when I arrived the surgery was closed due to restoration without have been noticed. However, I called the next day and had a appointment very quickly. The dentist is very reassuring and explains well all the details of the treatment which is appreciable. They did a good job on my filling but unfortunately I had a bad experience during the "deep cleaning" of my teeth as I had my gum hurt. I paid for the most expensive option, had pain (and still have) and have been advised to buy myself a cream to help healing my gum causing the cleaning which was not appreciable. I believe it can be a good surgery but I am reserved due to my experience (cleaning treatment, pain, price).

Nov 17 2018 After my consultation, the dentist did not respond to my inquiry for over a week, so I had to keep calling back to check on the updates. In the meantime I consulted with my usual dentist and this created a minor misunderstanding with the dentist at this clinic - for which I apologised and explained the situation to them - but after the misunderstanding has been clarified, they still refused to proceed with my treatment on the ground that they were not comfortable with the fact that I talked to another dentist! What's ironic was that I didn't feel like been treated respectfully by them either. The dentist insistently pressured me into choosing the more expensive treatment option, which to me did not seem necessary. After telling them so their attitude became very unpleasant.
