I have been a patient at Conduit Dental Clinic for many years, but have not had to trouble them since just before the first lockdown. However, to my dismay one of my incisor teeth gradually worked loose and in blind panic I contacted the receptionist who arranged an emergency appointment for me. The dentist I saw confirmed that the tooth was past saving and an appointment was made for a few days later to take the impressions for a false tooth to be added to my existing small part-denture. The addition was completed and ready to collect only two days later., This was a first class service, and I appreciated the speed in which the whole situation was dealt with and the kindness and professionalism of the staff . I am one happy NHS patient who can now smile with my mouth open, and eat Christmas dinner without worrying about the loose tooth disappearing into the pudding. Thanks guys. Happy Christmas. |

An excellent dentist ruined by officious reception staff who are onl6 interested in securing a credit card number rather than any hint of patient care. Absolutely appalling service and would avoid at all costs |

Can't ever get an appointment unless 6 weeks in advance. Emergency appointments are non existent for NHS treatment, but as soon as you mention private there are plentyful appointments. The dentist never wants to treat NHS staff just private despite being a patient there for many years. The receptionist is incredibly rude and hangs up on patients when they ask for help. Not the first time it happens. When you call back she ignores your calls for hours. Very petty and luckily I have a choice where I go so I will not be returning to this terrible practice. If only their practice manager took these kinds of matters serious. |
