4 minutes ago NEW I have been a patient for many years at Torrance and never ever had any negative experience until I had the misfortune today of coming face-to-face with the practice manager, for the very first time. She is a nasty, disrespectful and obnoxious . From the very outset, her tone was brusque and unfriendly and impatient. I asked her a simple and polite question and she went out of control verbally with aggression, rudeness etc, She then had the audacity to get up from her seat and charge up towards me in a threatening and intimidating manner. She kept on repeatedly shouting at me to get out. From reading other reviews on Google Reviews, it is abundantly evident that this is a rampant issue, and my experience today was not an isolated incident. I will never again return to this dental practise. Mr Torrance, if you seriously value and priortise your patients experience at your practice, please take immediate action. P.s Some patients might not know that this woman is the practice manager as she can sit at reception desk so you might think that she's reception staff. I wasn't aware either until she proudly exclaimed her role. Do not bother registering with this practice, totally not worth it with such a practice manager around. If you are a current patient, you will be happy only until you meet this woman, as in my case |

She is a vile, nasty woman with a serious personality and attitude disorder. She is disrespectful, obnoxious and is not even worthy of dealing with animals. From the very outset, her tone was brusque and unfriendly and impatient. Dear owner of this surgery I am sorry to get kind of this treatment from this dental Sergery the manager you put her as manager she use her key place instead of managing she use a power. I have Apointment on 11/07/2023 at 12pm with disable sister & 12.30pm for my doughter, she was very rude and not helpful when we fill the form she was treated as badly, I think she was on bad mood. But her problem she don’t have to bring her to her work place. Everyone was very bad today even the Dr dental who was treated my sister in your Sergery, after the manager talk to her she start given her hard time for my disable sister, I know my sister on Whealchear and mobility was slower & the DR become very rude with her Whealchear I am sorry to get kind of bad service. My sister was very upset with there service at the end they put there problem they put on my sister but the problem is not my sister I have Apointment I am abusing nothing to do with my sister. I ask about the owner to speak to him but no one get me to go through I & all my family we use this dentist since 2010 still know I never see kind of this treatment or been rude to customers I am sorry for everything can you do something to not treated badly by your staff. Even the Dr no patient to disable customer because they have very limit of movement. The manager she should not use the power because she‘s manager can you do something to treated in this surgery.
