Aug 14 2019 I have been to this practice several times and my experience resonates with some of the others here. I think that the quality of service provided is very high BUT all of the dentists are very very heavily pushing for private services that are not covered by the NHS. My expereince is also that NHS patients have to wait a really long time. I needed a root canal because of an infected tooth and was in a lot of pain - pretty much unable to work or sleep. My sense was that the staff were pretty much exclusively interested in making money off the procedure. The waiting time for NHS treatment was 18 days - and the staff really did not care at all, even though I had been coming there for years. I was even told that since the NHS does not provide enough reimbursement for such a laborious treatment, it was better to have it done privataely (as if to suggest that they would not invest effort unless being paid).

Mar 21 2019 I went to my local dentist because of one tooth decay underneath my bridge of 4 tooth support across the top front and my dentist told me that my bridge will need to be dismantle to get to that tooth for root canal treatment and did not want to tackle this as is not advance enough for this and recommend me to this specialist in endodontic of which I made an appointment and was seen the next day for consultation and treatment the same day, during my consultation The doctor explain every thing to me at first of how he is going to tackle this without removing my existing bridge and so on, and made me relax before he start because I am a very nervous patient but I was surprise that somehow he has manage to get to my tooth decay for canal root treatment without disturbing my existing bridge and did not feel a thing when he was doing it, I am very please with the service that I receive from the doctor as he is the best endodontic in town and also receptionist is good manner and gentle.

The dentist paid lots of attention to details, very experienced. Extremely pleased with outcome. I paid privately but it was really worth it.
