4 times they have cancelled my appointments, with no new appointment being offered until December.

As a new patient the receptionist gave us appointment after 3 months,we waited appointment for 2 1/2months they cancelled by letter through post than I called to ask the reason the receptionist said your doctor not available and I ask to give me another appointment they said only morning appointment other wise two months later I told them we have been waiting for 2 1/2 months and you cancelled with out calling or giving any other appointment .They said I can’t help so we decided to go another Dentist which we have seen with in a week Reply from mydentist, Saville Road, London Mon, 06 Nov 2017 16:23:58 Z Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback.
