Apr 3 2018 I started using this dentist after moving to the area. I had previously used a dentist in the midlands where I always paid for a ~£20 NHS treatment which involved a light scale. I have attended this dentist twice and was charged the ~£50 NHS treatment level for a very similar level of scaling which was much more painful and uncomfortable than I have had in the past. I got the sense the receptionist's job was to get as much money out of patients as possible. I have since moved the William Place dental practice where I am back to the ~£20 tier treatment and the scaling is a much less unpleasant experience.

May 30 2017 I had to visit the dentist as had cracked/broken my front tooth on holiday. I was nervous and anxious about the visit as don't like dentists too much. From the receptionist to the dentist (and their assistant) they were all amazing! The practice is clean and welcoming too. The dentist and their assistant made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure and my tooth looks amazing!! I have even booked to go back in 2 weeks.

May 18 2017 found the dentist to be condescending, treated like i did not know what i was talking about, tried to explain my condition would not listen, on examination by another dentist i was asked about my current dentist and told the work i had done was so under par. would not recommend this practice to anyone for dentistry. completely unwilling to admit any mistake or wrong doing
