I HAVE BEEN VISITING THIS SURGERY FOR 2 YEARS AS I HAVE A GROWTH IN MY MOUTH. EACH VISIT COSTS ME MONEY FOR THE CONSULTATION AND EACH TIME THERE IS NO TREATMENT, I AM JUST TOLD THAT A REFERRAL WILL BE MADE FOR ME TO ATTEND THE LOCAL HOSPITAL. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY THE HOSPITAL, SO I CHASE THE DENTIST, THEY TELL ME THAT NO REFERRAL HAS BEEN MADE, SO I HAVE TO VISIT THE DENTIST AGAIN, PAY ANOTHER FEE, WAIT FOR A REFERRAL FROM THE HOSPITAL, NO CONTACT FROM THE HOSPITAL, AND SO IT CONTINUES. EACH TIME I PHONE THE DENTAL SURGERY THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND TELL ME THAT THERE IS NO RECORD OF A REFERRAL BEING MADE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2 YEARS AND HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY. I HAVE HAD NO TREATMENT AT ALL FROM THE DENTIST AND I STILL HAVE THE GROWTH IN MY MOUTH

My daughter who is 9 years came on 22nd December for 2 extractions and fillings, the fillings were done successfully but we could not manage the extractions so we were told we would be referred to hospital so she could be put under with anaesthetic to remove the teeth causing the problem. We jade not heard anything from referral, I have called your clinic and left messages as my daughter is constantly in excruciating pain, cannot eat and is missing time off school as well as sleepless nights. I have tried to contact you as I have no where else I can go with this and explained we need urgent treatment but I have been ignored and nobody returned my calls. My daughter urgently needs dental care, we have been back to the dentist twice under urgent appointment but they cannot do anything further until the required work has been carried out by the hospital.
