Mar 19 2019 I contacted the surgery requesting an urgent appoint for an agonising tooth pain. I was seen that afternoon and prescribed antibiotics. My dentist discussed with me the options available and I made an appointment for a weeks time to have the offending tooth removed. This procedure was explained beforehand and quickly and easily completed. However, I then started to feel unwell and dizzy (which is a common reaction for me with blood tests!!!) and the dentist and his assistant couldn't have been kinder and more patient, bringing me a glucose drink and staying with me until I recovered. I know how busy these professionals are and I was very concerned I was taking their time, but they constantly assured me not to worry. Later that afternoon, I had a call from the dental assistant to just check I was home ok and feeling better. Thanks to them both.

Dec 27 2018 I am absolutely appalled at the treatment my husband received this morning by one of the dentists. I have been coming to the surgery for 15 years and have always been treated with respect and consideration. However my husband had an awful experience today. He was shown no care or respect and was treated with disdain. He was offered no advice or support and treated with a complete lack of respect. This should not be allowed to happen at a surgery of such longstanding. I was recommended to this practice many years ago but I would dissuade anybody from going here in the future.

By: Anonymous Rating:.. Jul 11 2023 I had a clear correct appointment in February. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the dentist. I had a consultation and he told me I will be a good candidate for clear correct. The dentist asked me to come to the surgery 3 times for the same alignment appointment. He initially blamed it on not capturing my gums etc. After the 3rd appointment, I waited over a month without hearing from the surgery. After several contact to the surgery, a receptionist finally called today 11th July to say that 'the dentist say that it will not be possible to have clear correct'. I asked for a reason but was told none. The dentist wasted my time and money when he knew I lived an hour away. I'm extremely disappointed. Their hygienist are great though.
