Phone switchboard doesn't work So you have to go in The worst reception area No AC no water access No toilets for disabilities No space for customers to move Management don't care Only concern is how much money can be made check up without request wasted my time expecting procedure So ended up 3 appointments instead of one longer properly managed one NHS patients don't have money to be treated with respect?? |

Shockingly bad treatment ?? No proper facilities No proper phone system Manager was arrogant and it's not fair on the young girls who have to deal with all the problems |

Waited over 45 mins over appt time with no reading material except dentists , to be told I have to come back to get my filling redone as it had broken off, due to a backlog. Reception not bothered .cant get appt for next week then am on hols with a broken tooth. Will have to be careful what I eat over next 3 weeks which will spoil my hols. Then to add insult to injury asked to pay £80 deposit as it is a while filling.Do they think I will not come back to get it done? I have always paid immediately all the many years I have been there. Obviously not to be trusted. If my tooth disintegrates before my return do I get that money refunded?. Dentist not bothered. I felt I was getting penalised due to someone overrunning. Think will move when I get back. Have had 3 new dentists over 3 years so no consistency of care. |
