Jan 30 2019 Note: I am completely happy with the Dentist and his work, its jus the fact I cannot get back on to the customer list. I used to be a regular customer with this dentist but after some time had lapsed I had to request to be re registered again with them. But they keep telling me there is no place and to come back. They said come back in 3 months, then when I did they said no come back in another 3 months and this has happened at least 4 times. The reception staff were not very helpful and should of advised me better. If they had of told me that there was a really long waiting list in the first place and that I may not even get back on their list until after Easter I would of gone else where for my treatment. I am going to complain about this poor service to the relevant department and take it to my local MP if it is not resolved quickly.

Sep 26 2018 Attended this practice recently as a new patient after moving to the area from Bolton. I have always been very nervous as a patient and all the treatment I have done in the past was under sedation. This dentist however was excellent, he put me at ease and talked to me just like a friend. He was reassuring and not snobby like other dentists I’ve been to. Had a few teeth filled and some roots extracted all under normal injections, no sedation needed. I can recommend him to anyone. I can see why this dentist is so popular.

Having consulted a GP, she suspected I got an infammation of gum near my wisdom teeth. Then, I was refered to an emergency dental clinic. I am quite nervous when I have dental appointment, since I have a bad experience. However, this morning, I met a polite, sincere and very caring dentist, he explained my condition clearly and develop my courage to receive a further dental treatment. Thank you very much to the dentist
