This dentist provides poor diagonistics, my mother has been to this dentist back and forth and has been given anti biotics. She visited him last week as she had toothache and for the forth time he has given her anti biotics, no explanation as to what has caused the infection and no x ray taken. I will be complaining to the GDC about this |

I had an appointment that I have been waiting weeks for! Only to get my appointment cancelled this morning and re arranged because my dentist is ‘sick’.
I will be travelling away and it is an emergency!!
I will be complaining to the NHS and I will not stop there. |

I am not myself a patient at this practice, but I am a Support Worker of a family registered here. This dentist ignores NHS policy and does refuse to provide interpreters for speakers of other languages. The family I support were turned away because they didn't bring somebody to interpret. NHS policy says that an NHS interpreter has to be provided for NHS treatment and family and friends should not be used for that. Please change that. There are lost of people who don't speak English in your catchment area. Thanks. |
